NEW MEMBERS

You can always take 2 free trial lessons at Virto (you can request a trial lesson here). Would you like to continue exercising at Virto afterwards? Then we would like to welcome you as a member! New members can register using the digital registration form . A paper form can also be requested from the trainers. The registration fee is €8.00. You take out a membership until the end of the season. The membership is then tacitly extended for another year.

The amounts apply for 1 hour per week, unless stated otherwise.
If you join during the season, the contribution will be calculated pro rata for the remaining season. 
Competition fees vary greatly per member and are therefore not included in the membership fee. You will receive a separate message from the trainers for this.
*The contribution for the new season (2024-2025) will be determined at the General Members' Meeting in November.

Discount: (SET PER SEASON 2022-2023)

If a 2nd recreational gymnastics lesson is taken for the same person, a 20% discount applies to the contribution for the 2nd lesson .

PAYMENT METHOD

The contribution amounts apply to an issued direct debit authorization.
The stated contribution amounts already include the discount of €5 for direct debit.
The contribution for Recreational Members (Junior and Senior) is collected once a year at the start of the season.
Payment for Selection and Parent & Toddler Gym can be made per 2 months. This is only possible if an authorization for direct debit has been issued.

THE COLLECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE:

Annual contribution and 1st term: around the end of October
2nd term: around the end of December
3rd term: around the end of February
4th term: around the end of April
5th term: around the end of June
The contribution for the lessons in Maarssen will be collected in 2 parts:
1st term: around the end of October
2nd term: around the end of February
Members who join during the year will be collected around the above dates (depending on the date of registration).

VIRTO & YOUTH SPORTS FUND

Youth Sports Fund provides sports opportunities to children from 4 to 18 years old who live in families where there is not enough money to pay the membership fee. The Jeugdsportfonds pays the contributions for these children and, in certain cases, the sports equipment. See this brochure or go to www.jeugdsportfonds.nl for more information.

Stichting Leergeld

Leergeld Stichtse Vecht focuses on children between the ages of 4 and 18 living in Stichtse Vecht, who are unable to participate sufficiently in school and extracurricular activities due to (too) limited financial resources in the family. They also contribute, among other things, to participation in sports. Complete information can be found on the website: www.leergeld.nl/stichtsevecht .

VIRTO participates in the U-pass

The municipality of Breukelen, together with other municipalities in Utrecht, provides the U-pass. This means that less financially well-off people can receive a discount on many things through a contribution from the municipality. VIRTO also participates in this. U-pass holders up to and including 16 years of age receive a 100% discount on the contribution, 17 years and older 50%. Therefore, please provide VIRTO with a copy of the U-pass when registering and before each start of the season. If we receive the copy before September 5, you will receive no invoice or an invoice for half of the contribution. Don’t have a U-pass yet? Visit  www.u-pas.nl .

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your membership, the procedure is as follows: cancellation is only possible via the online form .

Cancellations for next season must  be submitted before June 1, 2024 . For cancellations that we receive between June 1 and August 15, 2024, we are forced to charge €25 in connection with costs already incurred (including the association contribution that must be paid to the KNGU). Cancellations after August 15, 2024 can no longer be processed, the membership will then be automatically extended for the new season. If you canceled before June 1, 2024, the membership administration will confirm this by email before July 15, 2024.
