Recreational Gymnastics
From 6 years old up to groups of 13+. Class schedule.
Gymnastics is a sport that focuses on strength, flexibility, speed, endurance and balance. Extremely important and useful for many other activities. During the lessons we work on the beam, bars, mat and the box. Fun games are also regularly played in the lessons.
The recreational athletes, both boys and girls, perform gymnastics with children in the same age category. Gymnastics competitions are held several times a year. If children have real gymnastics talent, they can be asked for the selection . Please note: we do not offer boys\’ gymnastics, aimed at training the specific boys\’ gymnastics equipment. It is purely recreational gymnastics for both boys and girls. More information in class with the trainer.
